Pinpoint HRM is a leading Australian human resources (HR) technology consultancy that works with nationally-recognised clients to implement and optimise HR-focused digital transformations. With over 20 years in practice, they are a true industry leader. 

Like many established businesses, Pinpoint HRM’s marketing strategy was due for a refresh when we began working together in 2022. We focused on rebuilding their web presence to align with their industry reputation and personalised HR tech services, while implementing a long-term strategy that combines Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and SEO driven content marketing. The result is a healthy pipeline of engaged, qualified leads and strong brand sentiment.

 


Approach

Matching the online experience to the Pinpoint HRM experience

Before commencing with Pinpoint HRM’s website redevelopment, we undertook a careful audit and mapped out up-to-date personas and their user journeys including those in our planned ABM streams.

We noted opportunities to appeal more strongly to each lead type, and undertook a UX-focused redesign, creating search-optimised pages and ensuring compelling calls to action (CTAs) were incorporated throughout.
